That is not a DSN error.. the error comes from not having the correct
Crystal Report files installed or installed in the wrong place.
If the computer already had CR installed then I would try installing it on a
computer that does NOT have CR installed.
Other than that you might want to really ask support@iea-software.com or
call them on the phone for support....
