Its the way Crystal handles defaults. You can either grab the updated
invoice.rpt from our FTP site, or modify yours to uncheck the report
option "Convert NULL to default".

You need to use Crystal Reports to edit your invoice.rpt, einvoice.rpt,
and hinvoice.rpt files. Those are what Emerald uses to print/send
invoices.
