I seem to have a bad problem. Emerald does not seem to want to open on two
of our Support Staff's computers anymore. The error message is simply "login
failed, please try again" I have tried with even the sa username and
password but it still say the same thing.
To try to over come this I un-installed emerald and SQL stuff from the
workstations and re-installed it all but the same error happens again.
Has anyone had this problem before or know of a fix ? Cause these guys are
sick of running to the other side of the room to ridnap the use of other
staff's computers.
