Emerald Installation

I have just installed Emerald to try it out. It installed correctly, but
when trying to edit the emerald.ini file as the documentation says, I've
noticed I haven't got one. I've done a searched my whole PC and nothing.

I tried to create one like the docs say, and saved it in the windows
directory and in the emerald Dir. but when I run emerald I don't think it
sees it because it says it cannot find the SQLpath, which is one of the
settings I have put in.

Any ideas anyone?
