First of all, thank you for replying immediately. Glad to hear that users
will be externally deleted. As for 2), it seems that this would be an easy
way to implement it:

1) Change the form control from text to combo
2) Have the program query for the existence of a couple of new tables:
Referred, and SalesPerson.
3) If they exist, populate the lists with their contents (these would be
one field tables)
4) If they don't, don't populate the lists.
5) Done.
