Run the SQL Client Configuration Utility, select Advanced, and at
the bottom enter the name of your SQL Server, select TCP/IP and
enter the IP address of your SQL Sever. Click Add/Modify and
then close it.
In Emerald, enter the name you assigned above and it will use a
TCP/IP connection to your SQL Server. YOu MUST have TCP/IP
support ENABLED on your SQL SERVER (not just on NT) for this
to work. TCP/IP IS NOT by default installed.
