More on .75 install tables being emtpy

Yes, the old data wase present in EmerAdmin -- editing it is another story...

If I go to edit, for example, a regions entry, I get:

SQL Server Error: 207 Invalild column name 'GroupID'. State=2, Severity=16

And when I click OK there, I get:

Runtime Error 13 Type Mismatch

And EmerAdmin aborts.
