Lost Carrier Report

Hi,

Could anyone tell me how I can create a report that will generate
statistics on 'Lost Carrier' disconnects?

I'd like to try and figure out if we have some modems/lines that need to
be fixed or if it a users modem/setup.

Please don't just tell me to use Crystal. :)
