Are you selecting a pre-defined charge, or Other and entering your
own?

After you create the charge, do you close the MBR, then go back in to
see if the history tab shows it?

I just added an "Other" and a pre-defined, and both added. You may
have some issues with your DB. If you send me login information in
mail, I can attach and check it out.
