The big freeze! Radius & Emerald .75

This is my second post on this.. Does anyone have any ideas on what =
this error line means... We want to go "live" with Emerald, but this =
really concerns us.

We are having problems with RADIUS refusing and then freezing when it =
tries to talk to Emerald ver .75. Here is a snip from our logs.. =20

This is from RADIUS Logfile:

Any Ideas.. Once this happens, all authentications fail (emerald and =
user file). Primary freezes and the secondary goes right after that.. =
I've tried to use our old .49 on the secondary with no luck...
