Is "postmail.exe" still necessary in the emerald directory or does Emerald
now use its own SMTP agent?
Also, what causes the "SQL Error" when clicking on the Batch tab from
within Emerald? I've noticed this on .75, .90, and .92. I seem to recall
someone mentioning that a misconfigured "ExternalTrans" table would cause
it. Mine has the column names in it, but no data (rows).
The reason that I have an email address listed for each service is so that
when I mail all of our users, I just run this quick script,
select mail from subaccounts where mail != "" and active = 1
then take the output and copy/paste it into the forwarding addresses area
of an account that I create temporarily (like users@talstar.com). When I
send off the message to the users, I then delete the account and just
repeat the process whenever I feel like broadcasting a message. I delete
it because I don't want anyone else to be able to send mail to everyone...
