All bad transactions are listed on the bottom half of the batch
tab, whivh allows you to manage them, get correct information, rebatch,
etc.

This is in the Emerald Admin, Client Config, External. Select SD.
The other thing is you need to add three registry values for
your MerchID, Store and Terminal (all REG_SZ) under:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\IEA\Emerald\SoftDeposit
