Changing Limit Field

Does anyone know of an SQL statement I can run to change all of my MBRs
Limit field to 5? How about a similar one to change all of my MBRs invoice
delivery from Postal to Email?

Thanks again, I always seem to get a little nervous towards the end of the
month ;-)
