Where can I get Radius 2.0?

We would really prefer to run Radius as an NT service. I understand we
need version 2.? to do that. Can't find it on your web site.... can you
tell me where I can get it?

Also, we're pretty happy with Emerald and are planning to buy it. What's
the procedure there. Can the purchase price be spread over a few months?
We're small but have a couple of contracts that should build users and cash
flow pretty quickly.

Appreciate a quick answer re: radius if you can!
