You are changing only the MBR information. Edit the service, select the
personal tab, and change the information there as well.

You need to setup an External System to your Post.office. Define the
information for the ES jsut as you used to in the Emerald.ini file.
Then
make sure the Service types have that ES specified. Hint, make sure
you specify a description for the ES.
All of the ES configuration is done in the Emerald Admin, Config DB.
