Account tab doesn't show fields

hello,

I have something really weird here. I installed emerald on an NT 4 PC and
I started emerald , it comes up with Account tab with no fields, so I can't
get to MBR's.
Invoices,Batch,Reports and On-line Tabs are ok.

Emerald is installed on the same Pc under windows 95 and it works fine.

Configuration s P166 with NT4 sp2 .
