Take the T1/PRI card out of the far left slot and swap it with the
last modem. This will make your modems number from 1-48 instead of
5-52.

This works, I did it with 3 TCs so far.

You'll have to use TC manager to re-assign the modems back to the T1
channels but the whole process should take 1/2 -> 1 hour / netserver.
