The software used to design/manipulate the printed reports/invoices is
Seagate Software's "Crystal Reports." Version 4.5 is available as a
downloadable component of MS IIS 3.0 from
http://www.microsoft.com/iis

Eventhough it comes as part of IIS 3.0 and is called "Crystal Reports for
Internet Information Server," the program can be installed and run without
having any relationship with IIS.
