A. Are all previous invoices paid?
B. Emerald have a problem with end of months. If a invoice is due 7/29
and you batch on 8/1 it will not be printed. To remedy this problem batch
for the last day of the month.

I tried to batching renewal invoices this month and Emerald says there
isn't any. Any idea what happened? I need some help. It always has
worked for me in the past.
