Typically no. I've only seen one case, on a fairly toasted NT
system where Emerald wouldn't function if you just ignore those
errors. You shouldn't see the shdocvw.dll anymore, but you still
might get the msvcirt. Thats MS's Visual C Internet RunTime, and
a lot of applications use it.
