One of the best things to do is split your log onto its own database
device. To do this, create a database device called EmerLog about 1/3
the size of your current database. Then Edit the database and expand
the
log segment onto the new Database device you just created above
(EmerLog).
Once you do this, I would recommend running a checkdb on your database
to cleanup any possible problems.
