[Emerald] Invoice Next term

Dale, Could you possibly post the SQL query used to determine whether the
Invoice Next Term makes an invoice vs. saying "No new invoices to generate"
?
That way, Maybe I can figure out WHY!! Emerald 2.5 (and 2.2 and 2.1) will
not generate invoices for renewal accounts for some of my customers who are
expired and have NO unpaid or outstanding invoices.
They seem to get a little testy at getting no invoice and then getting cut
off for non-payment......... can not imagine why :)
