I can't find where is the button for generating a single invoice (or
manual invoice) in Emerald. Sometimes I just want to generate a manual
invoice for the customers for some odd items, but I can't do it in
Emerald 2.5.207. I read the doc and it points to Master:Single Invoice
under MBR but all I can find under Master tab is "invoice next term" and
"new adjustment". I can't find the manual invoice button. Where is it
hiding or did Emerald changed the way it creates manual invoice?
