we charge 14.95 / month for internet access and bill quaterly and have a =
sales tax of 5.6% which is 14.95 * 3 =3D $44.85
44.85 * 1.056 =3D 47.3616
the bill that emerald generates is 47.37

why does it roud up to the next penny shouldnt it round down if the =
fraction of a penny is less than 5?
