[Emerald] Arithmetic Overflow during database creation

I have been playing with Emerald since purchasing our copy yesterday but am
concerned by the message I get during database creation (which by the way,
concludes with a "Database successfully created" message) that

"Arithmetic Overflow occurred"

1) Is this normal?
2) What causes it?
3) How do I fix it?

I have read the list archives but a search on this topic didn't turn
anything up....
