[Emerald] Check Database errors

After transfering over the DB for the 2.5 upgrade I get the following
error when trying to run Check Database.

SQL Server connection timed out.
Transaction has been aborted.
DBCC NewAlloc(Emerald)

Is this anything to worry about? I have not moved to the Upgrade
Database step.
