I'm running 2.5.124 radius (older version) ON the SQL server and having no
problems with concurrency control and 2.5.
I was having problems with the radius that came with Emerald 2.5 so I jumped
back a version.

No, its not as full featured as a sniffer but its free and gets the job
done. As compared to the $10k of a real sniffer. Also, Back Office
includes a better version of network monitor as part of the SMS install.
