The problem is that I cannot see the users in the on-line calls table. So I was told that the ports config is bad.
What server ports should be included in the Emerald Admin -> Servers -> ??
When I ran the SQL query:
Select Distinct NASPort From Calls
Where NASIdentifier = "x.x.x.x"
where the x.x.x.x with the IP Adress of my TNT.
I got the number 14336 !!
This number cannot be integrated in the field "ports". It is too big.
How do I configure my MAX TNT to work properly?
