Dany,

The ports field does accept 5-digit port numbers - the general configuration
for an Ascend requires it. What specific error are you getting when trying
to add the port number listed below?

I went to the ServerPorts tab in Emerald and selected the server. I then
deleted the ports it auto-created, clicked "Add," and added port 14366
without any difficulty.

Subject: Ascend MAX TNT

:Hello,
:I have a MAX TNT Ascend with 2x36 analog modems (72 lines).
:
:The problem is that I cannot see the users in the on-line calls table. So I
was told that the ports config is bad.
:
:What server ports should be included in the Emerald Admin -> Servers -> ??
:When I ran the SQL query:
:
:Select Distinct NASPort From Calls
:Where NASIdentifier = "x.x.x.x"
:
:where the x.x.x.x with the IP Adress of my TNT.
:
:I got the number 14336 !!
:
:This number cannot be integrated in the field "ports". It is too big.
:
:How do I configure my MAX TNT to work properly?
:Thanks,
:Dany Naufal.
