You can enter the users in Emerald with a password of "WINNT" and the
replace password option enabled in the RadiusNT admin. That will help
smooth out the migration and prevent service interuption. However,
there isn't an easy way to move the data itselfm.

Just configure them as another Server in the Emerald Admin, RadiusNT
section.
