We can't use 261 because it trashes our credit card batchout/in process
as we mentioned in a previous mail.

What version of Emerald are you using? This was a reported problem
in 2.5.260 I belive that was fixed in 2.5.261. No versions previous
to 2.5.260 changed or used the CC Autobill at all.
