[Emerald] Different invoices for different billing groups

I give up.
I have searched the documentation, looked thru the archives etc, etc,
etc....
I just merged with another ISP, and imported all of there customers into
emerald (a whole nuther story!!)
I need to bill them with a different invoice than my old customers.
I have set them all to a different billing group.
I have set the invoice in the billing group to the correct invoice rpt.
I call up a customer in emerald, generate the next invoice, and print it.
It prints my standard invoice.
What am I doing wrong?
I am holding up billing on 1500 customers over this stupidity!!
