1. Run Emerald Administrator
2. Add a External Systems, you may have already, and if so then just double
click on the Post.Office external
3. Ext. Name = Post.Office or whatever you want it named
4. Type = Post.Office 3.0 System
5. Description = whatever you wish
6. Smart Host = ip of your mailserver
7. Postmaster = postmaster@yourmailserver.yourdomain
8. Accounts = Accounts@yourdomain
9. Password = Postmaster's Password
10. Form-ID = the Accounts Form ID
11. Save
Now you need to set each service type for the External system that you
created above...
1. Run Emerald Administrator
2. Select Accounting
3. Select Services
4. Either add a new service or edit an existing service
5. Select Whatever name you applied in step #5 above
6. Save the service
Now you should be able to create a new account.. once you have created a new
account you may need to do a File | External Systems | Batch Out in the
Emerald Manger..
If all works then while it is creating the Email accounts at the bottom of
the Emerald manager screen you should see a message saying what account it
is writing.
