In Emerald Admin, their is a check for AutoSync ES accounts.. if it is
checked, it is supposed to process and External Systems that you have setup
at the time you save the account.... However, I have found that it does not
always work.. so my employess do a Batch Out after they have completed any
changes that they were working on.. this way if AutoSync does not work then
the manual batch out will...
