[Emerald] Emerald crash

I need help ASAP. We just replicated the Emerald server to another
machine. We also moved the default allowed user from 15 to 30. Now we
are unable to access the the server through SQL Enterprise. Also if I
try and run Radius -x15 it says unable to connect to server. How do I
get back in to make the changes back to what they were?
