With all the recent problems with Emerald changing PayMethod from Credit
Card to Invoice we have been doing a lot of shifting from the invoice to the
account the invoice was posted to, to check and change the billing
information. We shift to account, enter the last name and then select to
account that we want. A lot of entering date and many chances to make a
mistake for thoes of us who are typing challenged.
Is there a way to go directly to the account, like you do with the online
section, I know that there would have to be 2 hot spots, one to the account
and one to the invoice, on the same line and I have no idea if this can be
done.
Just a suggestion.
