[Emerald] 2.5.263 - payment

I have an invoice that only 1/3 of the payment was received.. and only 1/3
was posted as paid.. The balance shows correct, but Emerald will not allow
me to pay the balance.. when looking at the invoice and clicking PAY, it
says that all line items are paid... and the screen shows a payment number
on each line number...

When looking up the invoice for LAST invoice.. and trying to pay it that
way.. it will also not pay... The Pay button is dim...

Any thoughts as to how to get this think paid????? and why it will not let
me pay it????
