[Emerald] I need HELP ASAP!

I tried installing the service for RadiusNT. It crashed on me. I then
uninstalled and I could no longer bring it up in -x15 mode. All of my
settings were lost so I reconfigured them. Then I cheked the ODBC for
Emerald. It said it was not there and needed to be created. I
immediately looked in SQL and it is there but is says recovering and has
been that way for almost ten minutes. What the Hell happened? How do I
fix this?
