I am having a little problem with my Emerald database. I am running =
Emerald 2.1.8, Radius 2.2, SQL 6.5 on a 233 MHz server with 128 MB RAM. =
I have about 950 MBR's.
Yesterday, while running a Call History Consolidation, I got the =
message, "Error deleting old records table!" Sure enough, the Event =
Viewer said:

Since Emerald would not update the database and since users began =
calling in to say, "I can't log on!" because Emerald thought they were =
still online, and since it was Sunday (no response expected from mailing =
list), I decided to try expanding the EmeraldLog device "on the fly."
I expanded the size of the EmeraldLog Database Device from 50 to 70Mb. =
Then I opened the Emerald Database and clicked "Expand." I selected =
"EmeraldLog" as the Log Device, specified 20MB as the size (20Mb=3Dthe =
amount I increased the device), and clicked "Expand Now." =20
While the action I took allowed the database to accept new data, and =
enabled a successful Consolidation to be run, things are still not =
working quite right. For example, the Emerald database used to say it =
had a total Data Size of 75Mb (the size of the Emerald device and the =
EmeraldLog device combined). Now it says it has a Data Size of 25Mb =
(the size of the Emerald device alone) and a Log Size of 70Mb. There is =
only 1.39Mb of Data Space available. Does this seem right? Should I =
expand the Emerald Data Device?
Also, my SQL "Automated Weekly Task" no longer works, returning the =
message:

Finally, when Seagate BackupExec tries to backup the database, I get =
