Here's a cleaner version of an email I posted Monday (I hope my editing =
makes it easier to reply to)=20
I am running Emerald 2.1.8, Radius 2.2, SQL 6.5 on a 233 MHz server with =
128 MB RAM. I have about 950 MBR's.
Sunday, while running a Call History Consolidation, I got the message, =
"Error deleting old records table!" The Event Viewer said:

Emerald would not update the database and users began calling in to say, =
"I can't log on!" so I did the following:
I expanded the size of the EmeraldLog Database Device from 50 to 70Mb. =
Then I opened the Emerald Database and clicked "Expand." I selected =
"EmeraldLog" as the Log Device, specified 20MB as the size (20Mb=3Dthe =
amount I increased the device), and clicked "Expand Now." =20
The database could then be updated, and I ran a successful =
Consolidation. =20
But things are not working quite right yet. These are the "problems": =20
1) the Emerald database used to say it had a total Data Size of 75Mb =
(the size of the Emerald device and the EmeraldLog device combined). =
Now it says it has a Data Size of 25Mb (the size of the Emerald device =
alone) and a Log Size of 70Mb. There is only 1.39Mb of Data Space =
available. Does this seem right?
2) the SQL "Automated Daily Task" returns this error:

3) Seagate BackupExec returns this error when trying to backup the =
database:

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am afraid that Emerald is not =
being backed up properly now, and that it may crash again.... maybe =
the solution is simple.
