[Emerald] Duplicate User Names

We are using Lucent/Livingston PM III's, Emerald version 2.5.261 and radius
NT 2.5.162. We have purchased an ISP who has some usernames that are
identical to ours. It appears there is way to have the same username in
different billing groups. They will have different email
domains. Can some explain in DETAIL how this is setup, and what problems we
may run into. What is anyone's opinion as to setting this up vs. just
having
those customers change their username (I think we are only talking about
60 or so customers).
