[Emerald] Concurrent logins and tracking time used

When using concurrent login controls, if the concurrent login limit is set
to
2 or more, is the system capable of tracking all of the time used for each
login.
For example, if a customer is on a 120hr rate and logs in multiple times,
will the call
consolidation count the total hours used for each login session?
