[Emerald] 2.5.xxx feature request

Sometimes it is necessary to take the SQL server offline for a period of
time... RadiusNT then goes to the text backup file... However, when you do a
Export | RadiusNT Users from Emerald, Emerald uses the "expire" to export
for the user... and ignores the Permanent Extend and Temporary Extend that
the customer may be provided...

I would like to set the Export | RadiusNT add the Permanent Extend and
Temporary Extend to the Expire so the customer can still get online just as
though Radius was using the ODBC instead of the text file.
