I am having some trouble working with the operator group access. I can
create different operators, and give them limited access to certain billing
groups. When I have this login add a user, in one of the allowed billing
groups, there seems to be a problem with the PayPeriod display. It only
shows semi-annual. I have checked that all are listed with the Global
settings. What might be causing this?

Also what settings make "Global" Global? Is there a way to make other groups
of groups?
