Your Log is full for your Emerald Database. Go into your SQL Enterprise
Manager, and expand your Emerlad Log Device, then Expand your Emerald
Database Log segment on the Emerald Log Device space that you just
created.

You might also make sure you have the truncate log on checkpoint
option set, and try to manually truncate your Emerald Database log.
