[Emerald] Help with Prefix

We recently purchased another ISP. Their users all have a "P" in front of
their logins to give them PPP access. We saw the option of putting a suffix
or prefix with a service and tried to put a 'P' in that field but we still
cannot get on. Do you know if this should work or how we might get around
this? Do I have to write a script to put a 'P' in front of all of the
logins in order to get access?

Any help would be appreciated.
