The problem is that for users you have defined with their own radius
attributes (ie not just using service defaults) have a tendency to have the
attribute of Framed-User change to Login-User spontaneously.
As an example, I edited one person who has their own radius attributes for a
PPP SA and the only change I made was to the Framed Address.
After hitting the save button the Framed-User also changed to Login-USer
without me ever looking at the User-Service attribute.
It seems to only happen to accounts where there are individual definitions
of radius attributes.
