How can I check this? I did select * from imailconfigs and it showed no users.... ?? What now?

You need to put the number in () after the name in the
List of External systems in the Emerald Admin. it will be
a number, most likely 1.

When you did the configuration of the domain in IMail, do
you have the domain itself as the first alias? This is a
temporary workaround that we are using right now for IMail.
