[Emerald] invoicep.rpt section of invoice.rpt

What is the purpose of the invoicep.rpt section of invoice.rpt (Emerald
2.5)? Nothing ever shows up in any of my 2.5 invoices next to "Payments:"
(at least not that I've ever seen).
