[Emerald] Insert Masteraccount

We are getting an error when we try to create a master account. "SQL error
adding Main account" I hit OK and the following comes up. A error box and
on the blue bar it says Emerald and then below it reads this "INSERT
masteraccounts (refferredby, lastname, etc.....)VALUES(values that I entered
in the master account)

Any suggestions.
